Position description

UC Riverside Extension is seeking for bilingual qualified Instructors to deliver CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification courses as outlined by the standards set forth by the American Heart Association (AHA). Trainings are offered in the mornings, on weekends, and evenings in Riverside, Palm Desert, and Blythe. Reporting documents, such as sign-in sheets and evaluations, must be submitted to the office within 48 hours of the training taking place.

UC Riverside Extension provides CPR certification courses in person for students, staff, and faculty regularly throughout the year.

Traditionally, UC Riverside Extension offers a monthly in-person section with frequently scheduled restricted sections for staff departments, student organizations and clubs, and other campus community members.

Employment Information:
Instructional agreements are made on a course-by-course basis at the discretion of the University with no guarantee to teach future courses. Qualifications

Basic qualifications (required at time of application)

CPR Instructor(s) will possess an active license as authorized by the American Heart Association (AHA) as an AHA Instructor (required).

Preferred qualifications

CPR Instructor(s) will have demonstrated experience in delivering high quality and effective training strategies on the techniques and strategies aligned with the most current CPR standards as set forth by the AHA (preferred).
