Position: Lecturer in Southeast Asian Studies and Comparative Literature

Starting Date: Fall Quarter instruction begins September 24, 2018; Fall Quarter ends December 14, 2018

Salary: Approximately $6842.25 per course (pending final budget approval) Appointment is eligible for renewal depending on need, funding and performance.

Minimum requirements are an MA in Southeast Asian Studies, Comparative Literature, or a related field.

Priority will be given to candidates with experience and success in teaching Southeast Asian Studies and Comparative Literature at an American university.


Duties will consist in the instruction of 2 courses in Fall2018: SEAS/CPLT 166 “Vietnam and the Philippines”; and SEAS/CPLT 062, “Introduction to Southeast Asian Literature.”
