Position description
The University of California Riverside (UCR) School of Medicine seeks to hire 2 tenured faculty members with the expertise in various specialties including Gastroenterology, Pulmonology, Infectious Diseases, Hematology & Oncology, Rheumatology to join faculty in the Division of Clinical Sciences. We seek an established physician scientist who is devoted to the academic excellence in clinical research with an emphasis on any of the areas listed above. Successful candidate for tenured position should also demonstrate notable scientific contributions and sustained extramural support. The successful candidate will participate in a campus wide collaborative research across different schools at UCR, including BCOE and CNAS.

The successful candidate must possess an M.D., Ph.D. or equivalent degree. Candidate must be board certified or board eligible with the American Board of Internal Medicine and relevant sub-specialty. The candidate should be eligible for medical licensure in California and hold current DEA license. Applicant must also qualify for the UCR affiliated hospitals medical staff privileges. Successful candidate will also be expected to show a strong commitment to education of medical students and residents, as well as University and public service. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Qualifications
