Position description
The School of Business, home of the A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management (AGSM) at the University of California, Riverside, invites applications for full-time Assistant/Associate/Full Professor of Teaching in Information Systems. Individuals with these titles are members of the Academic Senate and are actively engaged with the faculty of the department, serving through teaching, professional activity, and service. Associate and Full Professor of teaching have the equivalent of tenure. These appointments are similar to clinical professor appointments at other universities.
We seek candidates with demonstrated excellence in teaching and interest in program administration and teaching-oriented academic research.
Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Information Systems or in a relevant discipline. New Ph.D. candidates must have completed all Ph.D. requirements prior to appointment. Candidates are expected to teach at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. We are particularly interested in candidates who contribute to the diversity to our campus community.
Screening of candidates will commence immediately and will continue until the positions are filled. For first round of consideration, please submit application by December 17, 2021.
