Position: Lecturer in Arabic Language
Starting Date: Fall Quarter. Instruction begins September 26, 2019;
Fall Quarter ends December 13, 2019
Salary is approximately $7,047 per course. Appointment is eligible for renewal depending on need, funding and performance.
Qualified applicants will have an M.A. or higher in Arabic, Linguistics, or a related field, and one year of teaching experience at the college level. Priority will be given to candidates with experience and success in teaching Arabic Language at an American university.
Duties will consist in the instruction of 3 courses as follows, alongside meeting with students during regularly held office hours, and developing and implementing pertinent syllabi, homework, quizzes, and exams.
