Position description

The School of Business, home of the A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management (AGSM) at the University of California, Riverside, invites applications for a tenure track/tenured faculty position in Management with an emphasis in Strategic Management and/or Organization Theory. Our priority is to recruit a scholar who will build on our existing strengths in these areas and advance the academic development of rigorous research and teaching programs. The desired start date is July 1, 2020.

A successful candidate must have the demonstrated potential or proven record of accomplishment and interest in empirical research and teaching in Management. Candidate must have or be near completion of a PhD in Management, Strategic Management, Organizational Theory, or a closely related field. Candidate must also have a strong commitment to excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels. We are particularly interested in diverse candidates.
